T. NICHOLAS RELAUNCHES ITSELF, ADDS AGENTS
(Tuesday, April 1, 2014) Originally established in January of 2010 as a part-time business for its founder, Nicholas Tyszka, T. Nicholas announced today that it will expand -- adding six agents to its Michigan Avenue office.
"While we intend to remain a boutique brokerage company providing a high-level
of service by educated agents, it wasn't possible to

T. NICHOLAS REALTY INKS LARGEST RESIDENTIAL
RENTAL TRANSACTION IN CHICAGO SINCE JULY 2010
(Sunday, May 27, 2011) When T. Nicholas Realty's client moved into the Elysian (11 E. Walton St.) this week, the transaction became the largest single residential rental deal in the entire Chicagoland area since July 2010, when a similarly-sized unit was rented in the same building for a slightly higher price. The tenant was represented by T. Nicholas Tyszka, the manging broker of the firm.
